Commercial License is required in case when you don't want to open the source code of your project and you need to use static compilation with ZenGL library. Development for
iOS and
Android are such cases with no options. But for
GNU/Linux,
Windows and
MacOS X you can always use a dynamic linking. Another case when you need a commercial license - altering and extending ZenGL library without opening source code of this modification.
This license is designed for a single project, which means you must buy a new copy of license for every new project. But this license doesn't allow to use ZenGL library with projects like compilers, game constructors or any other projects which will be producing derivative works.
